Consent to the processing of personal data
The job applicant – data subject (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicant”) gives Petyovský & Partners Corporate Immigration s.r.o., with its registered office at Poupětova 1339/3, Holešovice, 170 00 Prague 7, ID No.: 039 76 866, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 240833 (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Controller”), its explicit consent to process the personal data provided to the Data Controller by the Applicant in connection with the Applicant’s inquiry for employment with the Data Controller, in subsequent communication between the parties and in any subsequent selection procedure for the position applied for, subject to the following conditions.
This applies to any personal data provided by the Applicant via the online form on the Data Controller’s website (www.ppce.cz), via email or other communication, job interview or other similar means, including but not limited to identification and contact data, data usually included in the CV (e.g. data on education, previous work experience, skills), etc.
The personal data shall be processed by the Data Controller for a period of five years after the personal data have been collected, for the purpose of contacting the Applicant within the selection procedure for the position applied for and for the purpose of possibly (including repeatedly) contacting the Applicant in the event of a suitable position becoming available with the Data Controller during the period of processing of the personal data. Personal data shall not be transferred to any third party. In the event that the Applicant is recruited for an employee position with the Data Controller, the Data Controller shall process the Applicant’s personal data on the basis of the legal grounds of performance of the contract.
The Applicant has the free choice to give or not to give his/her consent, and the Applicant’s participation in the selection procedure for the position applied for with the Data Controller is not conditional on giving consent (in the event that consent is not given, the Data Controller shall erase the Applicant’s personal data if no employment relationship is established between the Applicant and the Data Controller within three months of obtaining the personal data). If the Applicant wishes to modify or restrict the aforementioned consent in any way, he/she may do so in any form when providing personal data to the Data Controller (via an online form, by email, by telephone, in writing by post, in person, etc.). The consent given to the processing of personal data is valid from the moment it is given. The Data Controller shall assess the scope of the data processed and shall limit it to the extent strictly necessary for the purposes of the processing. The Applicant is entitled to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time, even in part, or to restrict it. Withdrawal (restriction) of consent may be made in any form (via an online form, by email, by telephone, in writing by post, in person, etc.). The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
